1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WORKEASIER website, platform, and all digital products offered by WORKEASIER ("we," "us," or "our"), including video masterclasses, JSON automation templates, prompt libraries, architecture diagrams, and related downloadable assets (collectively, the "Digital Content").

By creating an account, making a purchase, or accessing any Digital Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

WORKEASIER provides digital education products focused on AI and automation workflows. Our offerings include:

  • Streaming and on-demand video masterclasses
  • Downloadable JSON workflow templates (Make, n8n, and related formats)
  • Prompt libraries, architecture diagrams, and supplementary documentation
  • Subscription-based access and one-time purchase options

All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and maintain accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@workeasier.cloud if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Purchases and Payment

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorized payment provider and merchant of record where applicable. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms and policies. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change for future purchases; existing subscriptions are governed by the price at the time of purchase unless otherwise notified.

Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Digital Content Delivery and Access

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the purchased Digital Content through your WORKEASIER account. Video content is delivered via secure streaming (Bunny.net). Downloadable assets are made available within your account dashboard.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Your refund rights depend on where you live. At checkout we use your approximate location, based on your IP address, to show the terms that apply to you.

Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins, provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right (Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU; regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We ask for this consent with an unticked checkbox before checkout, and you cannot proceed to payment without it. If you have not accessed or downloaded any Digital Content, you may still withdraw within 14 days of purchase.

Where final sales are permitted (for example, the United States): All sales are final. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

Where refund rights cannot be waived. If the law of your country gives you refund or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived or excluded, those rights apply in full, and nothing in these Terms limits them.

Exceptions — for example duplicate purchases or technical problems on our side — are described in our Refund Policy. To request a refund, contact support@workeasier.cloud.

7. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your active subscription or valid purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Digital Content for personal or commercial purposes as specified by your plan:

  • Standard plans — personal and internal business use only.
  • Pro Access plans and Single Workflow Pass — includes commercial usage rights for client projects, subject to the restrictions below.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Digital Content to you. All intellectual property rights remain with WORKEASIER and its licensors.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Redistribution

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, or otherwise make available any Digital Content to third parties
  • Share your account credentials or provide access to Digital Content to anyone who has not purchased their own license
  • Upload, mirror, or redistribute videos, JSON templates, prompts, or other assets on file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, or public repositories
  • Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source materials except as expressly permitted by your plan
  • Use Digital Content to create a competing product or service

Unauthorized redistribution, sharing, or resale of any Digital Content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, loss of access without refund, and pursuit of legal remedies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on WORKEASIER — including videos, text, graphics, logos, JSON templates, code snippets, and documentation — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may violate these laws and these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital Content is provided "as is" and "as available" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee that workflows will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free. You are responsible for testing and validating any automation before deploying it in production environments.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WORKEASIER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service or Digital Content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or redistribute Digital Content without authorization. Upon termination, your license to access Digital Content ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–11) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WORKEASIER operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. EU consumers retain mandatory protections under the laws of their country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction, except where consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised Terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
